Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank You for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them.
> Paresthesia(hand and feet fallen asleep) is most commonly causes by deficiency of Vit B12. You can take Multivitamin supplements(that included Vit B12 as well) to observe if condition improves or not. It comes under different names like Multibionata suspension.
> There could be multiple causes of "sudden onset of bruise" on the body. According to your symptoms order of priority will be :
1. Contraceptive Pills
2. Hyperthyroidism
3. Vitamin Deficiency
4. Bleeding Disorder
If bruise appeared after alternating the dose of birth control pills then it could be the cause. You need to consult your family doctor who prescribed you pills for dose adjustment. For remaining causes i would suggest you to consult hospital for Hematologist. He will perform some tests like Prothrombin Time to check the coagulation profile of your blood. Similarly TSH levels will help to confirm the state of thyroid hormone levels.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
