How does this happen with no sexual activity
Brief Answer:
Warts in genital location may rarely be acquired non-sexually
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Genital warts are caused by Human Papilloma Virus/ HPV. It is an STD i.e acquired sexually from an infected sexual partner.
Were you sexually active in past? I am asking this because HPV can remain silent for months before it manifests as warts.
However, common warts may rarely occur at genital location. The transmission is usually non-sexual in these rare cases.

Just had it checked by GP. Its not a wart as it doesn't have the texture of a wart. Nothing to worry about, just keep an eye on it.
Brief Answer:
I suggest you to consult a specialist
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Please consult a specialist dermatologist.
It is smooth surfaced, skin colored lesion. A small wart such as this may not be rough surfaced/ verrucous, initially. Moreover, not all warts are rough textured.
It is a wart and I can see not one but 2 of these. Another smaller one by its side when you zoom over.
