Question: fell off the side of my tub hit the toilet very hare have a very large bump on my head my head is pounding i am very dizzy and sick to my stomach

If you didn't loose the consciousness, probably it is just a concussion.

Ice pack is okay on bump, you should rest and see how it's going.

If you will continue to feel nauseous for a couple of hours, or new symptoms appear such vomiting, lethargic, any worsening of headaches, any limbs weakness, you should be evaluated at nearest ER.

If you use blood thinners such aspirin for example, you should go immediately to ER.
