Suggest Treatment For Bump On Labia

Herpes is less likely. Please upload a high resolution clinical picture.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
It would help in understanding your concerns better if you could upload a high resolution clinical picture of the bump.
Herpes presents with recent onset of painful and multiple ulcers and not as a painless swelling like you are having. The single bump on the labia is more likely to be due to folliculitis.
Herpes can be diagnosed by viral culture obtained from the fluid from lesion. There are also blood tests that can detect antibodies to the herpes viruses. Your gynecologist will guide you for the investigations.
You can apply an antiseptic cream like Neosporin on the area and avoid touching it with bare hands to avoid any infection in the area. Herpes is not likely from the symptoms that you have described.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Not likely to be herpes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen the attached image. This does not look like herpes. There is no sign of active inflammation. It is likely to subside on own in next 1-2 weeks.
Hope my answer is helpful.
