Suggest Treatment For Bump On Penis
Question: I have a small bump located exactly on the circumcision line. A while back I noticed a black splinter like thing come out of it. The bump is very small and hard to see. I do not believe it causes any pain but it is odd. Later there was a pimple in the same spot and the bump is there.
