Oncologist 's  Response
Hello,

In my opinion a repeat local examination is must as the swelling has reappeared. You may require a swab test for infection followed by antibiotics.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepak Sundriyal, Oncologist
