Brief Answer:
It must be removed and tested.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

This might be an XXXXXXX stage of a anal cancer (not rectal). For sure it must be removed and tested. Please consult general surgeon.

Hope this helps.
Regards.

Thank you. This appears to be cancer potentially? Does it appear at all to be a wart on anus?

Cancer is possible.

It can be a wart, but usually it looks different. Yes, potentially it can be a cancer. But its not certain. Pathologist must examine it.

Thank you. From what i read, i thought a wart or possibly anal cancer. Could you tell me what the difference in appearance of wart and potentially cancer is? Because its bumpy does that lean more towards cancer possibly? Thank you fot your help. Im just stressed about it and will get it checked.

Brief Answer:
Warts are usually multiply.

Detailed Answer:
Wart is more soft. Cancer is hard when palpating it with uneven surface (like on the picture. But both can sometimes look similar.
Warts are usually multiply. Cancer is a single tumor.
But really wont tell if its more cancer or not. It looks early and totally curable. So no need to be very scared. Just get it removed and you should be fine.
