What Causes Pain During Bowel Movements?

Age 25, 5'11, 192. 4 yrs ago I was diagnosed with a strain of HPV. Warts appeared on my stomach and on shaft of penis. Had it removed and they have yet to return since 2007. Recently I have been feeling alot of pain during bowel movements. I recently took amoxicillin and doxycycline. One for a tooth I had removed to prevent infection and the other for malaria prevention, respectively. I looked up the side effects of both of these and I saw gastrointestinal issues may arise. I am worried that the strain of HPV I may have contracted have formed into anal cancer or something of that matter. I thought the pain was because hemorrhoids but the symptoms have persisted for over a month now.

It is uncommon that you are suffering from HPV though it can not be rule out.
it is better to have some tests like Barium meal, CBC, Stool RM and Culture to rule out any infection and typhoid .
If you suspect any benign condition, undergo ct scan .
