Suggest Treatment For Bumps On The Penile Shaft
some possibilities
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
It is possible that these are genital warts caused by HPV in the early stages. They could also just be some skin tags or a viral condition called molluscum contagiosum.
None of these are particularly harmful to you but you could easily have them removed and evaluated to find out exactly what they are.
At that small size a visual examination may not reveal what they are but a biopsy could be done so that you know what you are dealing with.
Alternatively you could just have them frozen to get rid of them.
Testing for HPV would not be a bad idea. The strains of HPV that cause warts are not the strains that increase risk for cancer, but finding out what (if any) strains you have might be a good idea.
I wish you the best,
