Suggest Treatment For Burning Pain During Urination And Penile Discharge
A few instructions, but this is most certainly an infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Based on the symptoms you have mentioned sir it does appear as though you could have an infection; now whether that infection is a urinary tract infection or an STD cannot be determined without a urine analysis or an STD-panel at the least.
But I do understand that you cannot afford to go to a hospital and so we shall work with whatever you have or can afford. Can you get any medications at Walgreen or CVS? If yes, let me know which antibiotics you can get from there, and I shall let you know which one will work best to help you and your symptoms.
But for now, here are my instructions:
+Wear clean inner garments at all times
+Make sure you keep your genitalia clean and dry at all times
+Drink plenty of water
+Avoid sexual contact in all forms
+Do not masturbate
+Drink cranberry juice as tolerated
+Try taking warm baths with epsom salt in it
+Do you remember your last sexual encounter (possibly from whom you contracted your infection? If yes, could you get in touch with that person and get their sexual status as well, which would help in directing us towards a possible infection-suspect
+Try to get your hands on antibiotics like norfloxacin, nitrofurantoin, azithromycin, metronidazole, amoxicillin, etc.
I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you better.
Best wishes.
Pls tell me the dosage and number of tablets you have of cephalexin
Detailed Answer:
Hi sir.
Yes, please start using cephalexin twice a day for 5-7 days. Yes, you can surely use warm water to clean the region but make sure you dry it afterwards.
As for the cephalexin, how many tablets do you have and what is the dosage?
Best wishes.
Fingers crossed
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Yes sir, use one pill twice a day for now, but unfortunately this course may not suffice.
Hoping for the best.
Best wishes.
