Suggest Treatment For Burning Pain On The Penis Tip

Question: I have a burning pain at the tip of my penus and it's slightly discolored around the opening, I went to a doctor and he tolled me it was a prostate infection and put me on matador antibiotics and anti inflammatory medication, but it didn't help. I went to another doctor and he send my I have urinal tracked infection and gave me anti inflammatory gel and some kind of cranberry powder and that didn't help either. It's been over a year now and I don't get the pains as much at I used to it just comes in bouts. Some of my symptoms include a very very slight pain in one of my toes on my right foot, a slight weird kinda not pain but feeling of discomfort just above my waist around the back and sides and urinating way too much. The tip of my penus has a Redish ring with a white tint at the slit.

Since how long you have this problem?
Any history of unprotected sex in recent past?
Whether your doctor ordered for ultrasound, if yes, than upload me the report?
Have you seen any discharge through penis or mixed up with the urine?
Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.

Brief Answer:
possibilities explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your reply
Looking at your detailed description and ultrasound report there could be any of these possibilities
Chronic UTI like prostatitis or cystitis
Small renal stone
Vesicoureteric reflux leading to infection
Passage of concentrated urine
discolouration around the opening of penis is a matter of concern, this can be caused by STI or fungal infection
Back pain which radiates to the toes can be related to musculoskeletal disorders or disc prolapse
Since I can't physically examine you to get more clues so In my opinion you should consult a urologist for physical check up and a battery of tests like urine culture and sensitivity test and a course of antibiotics depending upon the report.
Meanwhile have plenty of fluids and maintain good hygiene
apply antiseptic ointment over the inflamed area of penis.
Hope this answers your question
please don't hesitate to ask if you have anymore doubts I will be happy to help you
wish you good health
