Question: Should I go to ER..miserable. severe genital stitching and burning. Urine color of coke. Inner thighs burned from urine. Taking furosemide. Have double incontinence. Wearing disposable underwear

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to be facing problem of severe UTI and incontinence of urine with excoriation of genitals and surrounding skin resulting from leakage of urine .
I would suggest you to consult qualified Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3)Endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy) and evaluate tone of Urethral sphincter (Boney's test)I would suggest you to discus with him regarding putting a supra Pubic Catheter to drain the bladder .This will help to keep the bladder empty all the time and prevent all thee problems arising due to incontinence and need to use diapers.
In the mean while start taking antibiotics like Norfloxacin and Nitrofurantoin twice daily .
Using topical ointment like Mecanazole applying it over thigh and affected skin will reduce itching .
Ensure to drink more water.This will help to keep urine dilute.
