Question: hello want to know I developed a welt without any blood pain or burning sensation want to know then this type of welt is closed wound or opened?and want to know welt is closed wound or open?

Sir actually I just a very little scratch and its look like a welt without any blood pain or burning sensation I also applied dettol on it and it's not produce any burning sensation so sir I want to know after giving all these information that my skin is opened or not?i watched it and it turned red for a while and after 6-8 hr skin again become normal no cut at all and also no debris is formed?
