Suggest Treatment For Painful Bowel Movements After Kicked In Rectum

Hello . I was kicked in the rectum several days ago . Now I'm having painful BM's . No obvious signs of bleeding. No abdominal discomfort or urinating issues .Pain continues for several hours post bm. Also after long dreadmil sessions. Assuming the pain is from the blunt trauma. What is recommended to reduce the pain and discomfort?

Respected user , Hi
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* This seems in relation with spasm of internal bowel segments .
* Recommendations for better recovery

- Take a priority base appointment with a Consultant Surgeon to get
examined with ano proctoscopy examination .
- Primary relief with ibuprofen tablet 2 times a day and avoiding
hard stools with high fiber diet and plenty of liquids .
- Sitz bath ( sitting in tub filled with lukewarm water 3 times a day for
10 min. each ) recover well .

Hope this clears your query .
