Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

If symptoms of reflux persists even after surgery, then a 24 hours ph monitoring test may have to done to see if the surgery done was successful.

You can discuss with your surgeon regarding this test.
Meanwhile you can take medications like omeprazole for relief.

I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Brief Answer:
Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You still have symptoms of acid reflux.
You continue taking pantoprazole for relief.

As mentioned earlier you need to undergo 24 hours pH monitoring test to see whether fundoplication is successful. ( You need to stop pantoprazole before you plan to do this test).

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
