Question: I am currently experiencing a real hot and constantly yellow urine for the past two months. The urine is so hot that I feel it at the tip of my penis. Recently it added very itchy around all my penis and testes. Have been on antifungal cream and tablets for 10 days now but it all seems not to bring any difference. I drink lots of water daily.

Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to have developed a urinary tract infection along with a fungal infection over the groin region .
I would like to have a look at the exact skin condition.
If you have redness or rashes Please click some close up pictures of the affected area and upload them here on this page.
I am sure I will be able to help you better once you provide me the pictures of the skin rash .

No redness but itching rashes and eczema around my scrotum and penis. Urine still hot inside my penis and constantly yellow. Drugs are kind of not helping at the moment.
Had some reaction on my penis as a result of fungal cream change. My foreskin peeled and I stopped it and used Vaseline to clean up the peels.
Found the upload portion and just uploaded a pix. Although it's hardly showing anything abnormal but the itching is there all around the penis and scrotum region. Additional question I need to ask is does the antifungal tablets serve any purpose for UTI?
Have not received any response for 4 hours since you asked me to give you more details. Is anybody still on my case?

Brief Answer:
Need to take treatment for fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Thanks for the details and the pictures .
You seem to have developed a candidal infection in the groin region .
This seems to be causing itching in the groin along with pain and feeling of heat during urination .
Apply clotrimazole cream over the affected areas of groin twice daily regularly for atleast ten days .
Take tablet fluconazole 150mg once weekly for two weeks .
Drink plenty of water.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to decrease sweating and prevent further infection .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected areas.
Get a urine analysis done to rule out urinary tract infection if the problem persists.
