Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Chest Cavity, Vomiting And Acid Reflux

Question: I've been treated for acid reflux for over twenty years. After eating a lite dinner last evening I awakened with severe abdominal pains and a burning sensation in my chest cavity. After vomiting a did get some relief, but I noticed that none of the food a ate the night before was digested or chyme. I know this is not normal after 12 hrs, Should I be seeking calling my doctor? I just started a new job and the health insurance is not available yet.
