Question: hi I started havi a burning sensation in my hand last Friday left hand and seem like it got worst sat and sunday worst in sunlight and very sensitive to hot water like sunburn went to my family doctor and he said because of meds I have taken before and prescribe me a cream triamcinolone and the redness has got a little better put my knuckles have bad pain and feel a little swollen.

Oral analgesic/NSAID will help relieve pain , swelling and also reduce burning sensation.

Oral antihistaminics can also reduce your symptoms.
