Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Shoulders

Question: Before 3 weeks in the evening time I felt some burning effects at my shoulder. From the next morning it became red and look like acid burn. I had consult with a dermatologist. he had given me Mometasone Furoate & Fusidic Acid cream (Momate-F). I have using it from last three weeks. But steel the problem persist very much. Skin not developed at that part. I felt burning pain at that portion. I am attaching my Doc prescription & the pic of my effected part. Please give me solution. Because just now I am working in a remote project where no skin doc is available

Thanks for the photograph.
I can see there is lot of erosion of skin.
Probably you have developed herpes zoster.
Steroid won't help you.
I treat such cases with a topical antibiotic cream like mupirocine to be applied twice a day.
Tablet cefixime 200 mg twice a day and capsule pregabaline 75 mg daily in night.
You might require a prescription for the above medication.
Do this for 5 days.
Also take a multivitamin supplement for 15 days.
You should get response.

it is slowly spread in my body. some times it looks dry, but just after one day upper layer screen rinse up & again it start. If I follow the above medication then what time it will take to recover. Can you say the brand name of above mentioned medicine?
