Question: Hi doctor ..., suffering with gastric trouble burn in stomach and ultrasounds and feeling pressure on heartbeat and my bp is 140/80 rght now.Im using olmozest20 for bp from one month is it ok

You must be having mild Gastritis. Do not worry.
I usually prescribe my patients Tab Pantoprazole 40mg or Cap Omeprazole 20 mg twice a day on empty stomach. They should be had half hour before meals.
Also avoid hot liquids and spices and do not lie down immediately after meals.
These meaaures will help you.
Continue medicines for a month and you should be fine.
