Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Throat, Fatigue And Breathlessness
Question: Dear Sir,
My mother feeling burning sensation in lower throat just above the heart daily at afternoon (2.00 Pm to 6.00 Pm) and also feeling shortness of breathing and very tiredness/weakness and sleepy mood during the same time.
Request you please suggest to recover from the same.

Throat burning sensations could be either due to drug allergy or acid reflux (GERD) or may be gastritis.
In acid reflux or GERD,there may be symptoms of shortness of breath and tiredness or weakness but it must be further evaluated by complete medical history,thoroughly clinical examination with some relevant tests.
So,let me know some more information of your mother.
1) Is she having any symptoms of acid reflux like heartburn or nausea or dry cough?
2) If she is taking any medications at present?
However,It can be subsided by taking symptomatic treatment like antihistamines (levocetrizine 10 mg) and anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen 400 mg with some few dietary precautions.
But before that,we need to find out the cause whether it is allergic or due to acid reflux or gastritis.
So,kindly get back to me with more information.I will be happy to help you further.
