Hello
Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them. One of the most common cause of such complaint is acidic stool which can be due to a number of causes including IBS. It results in irritation of perianal skin, resulting in soreness & burning sensation. I would suggest you to once visit hospital & get an appointment for a "Consultant gastroenterologist". He is specialized in these conditions. he will advise some labs including stool examination & pH. Further management will depend upon the lab results. Meanwhile take adequate fluids including fresh juices & water. Apply lignocane gel after washing the perianal region. It will act as local anesthetic.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
You are welcome
