Brief Answer:
Please upload a photograph
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I share your concern
Please upload me a photograph of the blister and burns marks
How much time has elapsed since the injury
Has he immunised for tetanus?
In my opinion you should give her paracetamol syrup to reduce pain and inflammation.
He may require a course of antibiotics and dressing with SSD cream
give him plenty of fluids.
Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more precisely
Best wishes

The baby got the burn at 9.30am.i immediately poured cold water continuously on his hand.however we didn't see that the tea had burned his leg also.We gave him 2.5 ml calpol and applied silver nitrate cream and kept his hand in water for long time.hand looks OK as I think that there are no blisters there.how ever his leg has this blister I uploaded as reports for your reference. He is vaccinised for tennus when he was 1 year .Pla advise what to do next.our local doctor has also given neosprain cream also.Pls advise what should I do next.thnx
Brief Answer:
Continue with syrup calpol and SSD cream application
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again
I had gone through the photographs you ahev uploaded you need not to worry much, it will heal up.
It's just a superficial burn so give him calpol syrup for pain and inflammation and apply SSD cream on the blisters of the leg
Neosporin powder can be used but SSD is a better alternative.
