Post-inflammatory Hypopigmentation.

Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic
I have gone through your query.
Likely you have developed post-inflammatory depigmentation, which is common after a burn injury.
If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% twice daily for 3-4 weeks at the affected site. This should repigment the patch gradually.
Topical tacrolimus ointment is also an alternative and would achieve the same result.
It is a prescription product and therefore I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for a visual assessment and the needful.
