Suggest Treatment For Burping, Gas And Nausea

Other points. Often have urge for a bowel movement and get a feeling of bloating in stomach.
Gallstones less likely
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
Since gallbladder has been already removed gallstones as the cause of pain is less likely. But there is a rare possibility of a residual stone in the bile duct that might cause the pain. It can be confirmed with an ultrasound/MRCP/EUS scans.
But since your symptoms are more of gas, burping and nausea, acid peptic disease is the likely cause. You can take PPI like omeprazole for relief. An upper GI endoscopy may be done to see if you have gastritis/ulcer.
If the urge to defecate and abdominal bloating are of recent onset, then stomach bug may be causing it. Stool analysis may be done. Probiotics may be taken.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
