Hello first of all thanks for approaching healthcare magic.
I've read through your query. I must say that TMJ problem is not something which cannot be cured. The history given by you is not enough to reach a proper diagnosis. I suggest you to kindly upload the X-ray and few more symptoms. So that I can reach a proper diagnosis.

Hello. I appreciate for your prompt follow up. I read through your query and I must say that the buzzing sound can be due to tmj problem. If you have sound like clicking or buzzing only during opening or closing the mouth or during chewing then it can be due to tmj problem. When tmj has problem there will be clicking sound in the ear. In most cases there will be pain associated with joint. The part of tmj called condyle is felt(palpated) inside the ear .There is a disc in the joint. If there is some problem in the joint the disc will not move properly. It results in sound in ear while opening and closing of mouth. I suggest you to go to another dentist for an opinion and get an xray of joint done ( just to see if there is problem of tmj). If xray shows no tmj problem visit an ent surgeon get opinion regarding buzzing sound in ear. So nothing to be worried. Stay cool and calm. Hope you got what I said. If you have more queries please reply to us. Otherwise rate and review my reply and help me improving my answering. Have a healthy day!
