Brief Answer:
GALL BLADDER STONE

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
This is a case of acute or chronic calculous cholecystitis or inflammation of the gall bladder due to gall stones.
Calculi means stones. They radiologically appear as more dense shadows or darker than the surrounding. Some stones are equally dense hence iso dense shadows are found. Due to presence of multiple stones, the gall bladder which is a sac gets distended or swelled up. Also, the inflammation or infection leads to reactions to the gall bladder wall and wall thickening occurs. This is a common finding for gall bladder stone.

Hope I have answered your query.
