Suggest Treatment For Calf Muscle Pain Spreading Down To Ankle

That' seems okay, monitoring is all for now!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this muscle pain that you suffered. From the review of your symptoms and the surrounding circumstances that led this, there is really nothing much to worry about right now.
Controlling pans is what matters most and you seem to be doing fine with the level of pain right now. Ice would be able to help relief this pain. I will recommend that you report any further pain aggravation or new happening to me for further consideration. For now, you are fine and am optimistic you have done enough and need no further aggressive measures to address this condition right now.
In all, be calm and all would be fine. There are no red flags that need further medical attention right now. keep me updated!
I hope this helps and addresses your query fully. I wish you well and thank you so much for using our services. Please, feel free to ask for more information and clarification if need be.

Hi and thanks for following up with me.
The goal of ice is to stop any swelling and relief you of pains. If you no longer have pains or the area is not, there is no need for that or heat. Also, feel free to go on and us your muscle as tolerated. This is not the knee joint where I would have been suspecting and looking for some other possible complications that could be linked with such an accident/incident.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Let me know if there is anything more you would want to know about this.
