Brief Answer:
Treatment options depend on the degree of spread

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query

Treatment options will depend on the degree of spread. In case neighbouring lymph nodes have not been touched, as well as spread to other structures like the lungs and liver have not o ccured, prognosis remain good. In case no lymph node spread has been detected, excision of the Timor and chemotherapy are enough. With spread to many areas of the body, surgery might not be very useful. Chemotherapy alone and pain control if present should be sufficient.

Thanks and kind regards. Please do feel free asking follow up questions in case of any specific concerns.
