Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and am sorry for the situation you are going through.

1. You are reporting to have been diagnosed with cellulitis. Is there any skin affection at the moment? If yes, can you please send a photo to me?

Can you please give more details regarding the location of the wounds?

2. You also reporting to have metastatic lung cancer with breast cancer as primary. Can you please report what medications you've been using so far for the cancer: meds? chemio? radiation?

3. Being diagnosed with cancer is always associated with weakened immune system. Therefore, it is common to experience skin wounds/ulcers/cellulitis difficult to treat as in your case. However, a close clinical evaluation of the skin affections is required. Next, diabetes should be ruled out apart weakened immune system from cancer and related treatment.

Looking forward to have the requested photo and additional information in.
