Brief Answer:
Dementia's to be considered.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Memory issues, mood changes, disoriented, and vision problems are more likely to be related to conditions such dementias than cervical spondylosis.
Cervical spondylosis is treated mainly by NSAID and antineuralgic drugs use, physical therapy and, in some cases, epidural injections.
It is necessary to get psychological tests done and imaging such brain MRI and cervical vessels ultrasound, in order to evaluate better the Dementia's possibility.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist in further.

Thank you, I have considered dementia but this has been dismissed by my GP's. I did not think CT scan good enough for diagnosis. They just keep putting it down to stress. It is hard as I find word finding hard, often saying wrong thing, putting things down on paper which is just not me as this is usually my special success area. This is reassuring Thank you once again
Brief Answer:
Get tested further.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
I think you should get tested further about dementias.
If confirmed, treatment to slow or stop progression should be started.
Hope I helped you.
Wishing you good health.
