The symptoms you are suffering from might be due to the muscle spasm along with gastritis.
Have plenty of fluids and fibre diet.
Take TAB. PAN 40mg twice DAILY BEFORE FOOD.
syp sucrafil-O 10ml twice DAILY AFTER FOOD.
both medicines for 5 days.
