Brief Answer:
Acute respiratory tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.

In my opinion, you might be having acute respiratory tract infection. If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed penicillin group of antibiotics + anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol + diclofenac combination drugs twice daily for 3 to 5 days + anti histamine + decongestant tablet twice daily for 3 to 5 days. Steam inhalation daily twice may be helpful. Expectorant cough syrup 10 ml bd is advisable. All these are prescription medicines, so I would advise you to consult with the doctor and get evaluated.

Hope my answers have helped you.

Thanks.
