Question : My son has a chest pain , can not hold food down , shortness of breath when walking up stairs. What may this be ?
Chest hurts on left side

Your son may have GERD (acid reflux) causing indigestion and chest pain.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing his symptoms:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Cardiac echo
- Stress test
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy
