Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain While Having Heart Disease

Question: My name is XXXX. I'm 46. I'm a Home Health Care person for an agency. Today, I started feeling chest pains on my right side. They didn't quite stop me in my tracks, but it was enough for me to stop and take notice. Then later, as I was driving home tonight, I felt a little dull pain in my left side of my chest. Is this an indication that I may have a blocked artery in my heart? There is a history of heart problems on my mom's side. Her mom died in here early 50's from the second Heart Attack. I don't eat properly all the time. Should I be concerned about the strange pains I felt today? I also don't get to exercise as much as I like to, but will park my car far away from the store and walk through parking lot to get in the store, Will sometime go on a walk with my client but maybe once a week.
Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
i read your question and i understand your concern. Chest pain with sedentary lifestyle and family history of heart disease should be evaluated for heart problems, an EKG would be a good start followed by perfusion studies if needed.
With history of NSAIDs medications for arthritis, anxiety and depressions, its pretty likely that this chest pain may be due to gastric irritation ( gastritis common in NSAIDs users ) or anxiety . Any ways complete clinical correlation will help sort out.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
