Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain While Weaning Off Kratom
As mention below
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
Welcome HCM and thanks for the query
I understand your concern and sorry to hear about your problem.
Chest pain is not occur with the Kratom withdrawal.
Withdrawal symptoms of kratom are mild like Sweating, Nausea,
Difficulty Sleeping, Yawning, Runny Nose.
Your pain could be due to heart valve problem, anxiety, gastric origin/acid reflux.
I would suggest to consult the internal medicine specialist and undergo routine blood test, ECG, and 2D ECHO to rule out the above causes.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Take healthy diet and drink plenty of water
Tablet Oxalgin-MR twice daily for five days
Tablet pantoprazole, once daily 30 minutes before meal for 14 days
Avoid stress
Do regular morning walk for 45 minutes followed by mediation for 20 minutes.
Hope I have answered your query
I will be happy to help you if you have further query
Best regards

I also had occasional Norco use while on Kratom. Could this be withdrawal symptoms of both?
Hot flashes, chills, runny nose, body aches, dizziness, dehydration, more weight loss than usual, restless legs, back pain right below shoulder blades or chest pain (could be radiating, Insomnia, dyareaha. Most occurred days 1 thru 3. Now just down to the back/chest pain.

Hello dear
Welcome HCM and thanks for the follow up
I understand your concern
Hot flashes, chills, runny nose, body aches, dizziness, dehydration, more weight loss, restless legs, back pain right below shoulder blades, insomnia, diarrhea are symptoms of the narco and kratom withdrawal.
But chest pain are not common in narco and kratom withdrawal.
But anxiety and muscle spasm due to narco withdrawal can cause chest discomfort.
Take prescribed capsule which contain Thiocolchicoside (50 Mg) Diclofenac (4 Mg) to reduce the pain.
I will encourage you to carry through because they would slowly fade over time. If it will persists after week then I will recommend you to consult addiction specialist for proper management.
