Brief Answer:
Plz elaborate a little more and may answer my questions

Detailed Answer:
Hi, as of 43 year male who is non diabetic, non hypertension. The pain can be due to many reasons, I would be happy if you could elaborate.
1) does it occur at rest, or while you are walking, Climbing stairs or performing any activity. If it's related to exercise and goes of when you take rest. It might be heart related.
2) if you have a history of upset and weak stomach, and the pain increase post a oily and spicy meal, it may be due to gastritis, ie. Stomach related
3)if you are having cough, coryza, and pain comes on deep breathing it may be due to lungs
4) and most common, if you are athletic, carry weights or recently you lifted any heavy weight played sports. Or had any injury it may be due to muscle sprain.
So describe the chest pain in detail.
Do you smoke or any drug history
Your family history for heart related problems
Ever you had your general vitals checked and routine tests done ..
All this will help me narrow the diagnosis.
