Suggest Treatment For Chills, Nausea And Full Body Shakes
Question: my husband has chills and nauseau his whole body is shaking and aching. pleaase help me.
he also has a stomach ache, should I call an ambulance??

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Shaking and chills occur in fever. As soon as fever gets settled, condition improves itself. If i were his treating dr then i would have advised following things:
- Acetaminophen once every 6 hrs till fever settles
- cetirizine one at night for 3 days
- take cold water in a pot, dip a cloth piece and put it over the body(cold water sponging).It will help reducing the fever
Hopefully you will see improvement in 8-12 hrs BUT if condition remains same or aggravates then you need to take him to hospital.
