Thanks for contacting healthcaremagic.

If the single dose Azithromycin 1000MG stat dose is not helpful in treating a diagnosed case of chlamydia , then it is important that a high vaginal swab culture and urine culture and sensitivity should be done to look for sensitivity of chlamydia to various antibiotics and then the treatment should be re initiated.
