Brief Answer:
induction after 37 weeks is must

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I understand your anxiety related to these reports.
You will definitely need early induction and that will be anytime after 37 completed weeks as pregnancy with cholestasis is not allowed to proceed till 40 weeks.
There are high chances of still births so you need to keep a count of fetal movements in a day and weekly non stress test (NST) as both of these will give vital information regarding the health of the baby.
All the best.

thanks alot but i just had a followup test again for my bile acid and it came out perfect so would I still need to have induction in 37th wks. I am on this medication urso(ursodiol) that balances bile acid I guess?? because first test was high and second came out normal so can it wait for 40wks or no because I know the medication doesnt cure it so that means even if my bile acid is normal i still have cholestasis ?

Brief Answer:
see detailed description

Detailed Answer:
You still have cholestasis and the normal levels are due to the effect of ursodeoxycholic acid which dissolves the bile salts and excretes them Thus making the levels normal.
Keep taking the medicines and get induced after 37 weeks.
By that time baby is mature enough and there is no problem in surviving the outside world.
