Brief Answer:
Sequence images needed
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The MRI image does not show anything suggestive of an abnormality with the spine that could cause a chronic back ache.
However, MRI is a sequence of images that could give much more detail. This image alone is not sufficient to exclude something wrong with the spine.
If you have any further questions I'd be happy to help.
Wishing you good health
