Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
Laxatives can be sometimes required for a bowel movement but continuous or prolonged use is not advised. It can lead to laxative abuse. I would suggest you brisk exercise and modification of your diet. Also some drugs can enhance your bowel movement. You can do the following-

Modify your diet. Avoid fatty and junk food, take more fruits and vegetables.
Take small frequent meals daily.
Take more dietary fibers with diet.
Exercise regularly; even brisk walking for 30mins a day will be helpful. It enhances your metabolism.
You can take probiotics like lactobacillus sachets once daily.
You can take tab pantoprazole-levosulpiride once daily before breakfast.
You can take 20ml lactulose syrup bedtime if required.

You can consult your treating doctor for prescription of the above.
Follow as above and give me a feedback after 15days.
Hope this was useful.
Regards.
