Suggest Treatment For Chronic Fatigue And Restlessness
My answer would be as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. Welcome to HCM. I carefully went through your query.
You see, even the diagnoses you have sometimes are combined and have the psychological and physiological effect on the human body. You also mentioned that you are an individual who has suffered from chronic fatigue.
High cholesterol does not have to do with your fatigue. In the individuals with chronic fatigue, it is easier that a fatigue episode to be exacerbated more often.
At this point, the "usual suspect" is a decrease in blood pressure. Having been on medication for this condition, sometimes, and especially during certain times of day (mornings, after a meal, evenings before going to bed etc.), there is a tendency to have lower than usual blood pressure.
Therefore, I would recommend you to carefully monitor your blood pressure for a week, while on medication, doing this by measuring it 5-6 time a day, in various circumstances, and keeping a diary about blood pressure figures. If there are figures lower than 100/60 mmHg, we may have found the reason of your tendency to have fatigue more than usual. If this is the case, then it is recommended to halve the dosage of the anti-hypertensive medication you are on.
I hope my answer was helpful. I am happy to help, if you have any follow-up questions.
Kind Regards,
Dr. Meriton
