Brief Answer:
behavioral modification; symptomatic treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM

Dear XXXXXXX
You have chronic fatigue, muscle weakness, lack of pleasure and inability to get out of bed even after sleeping for 8-12 hours.
Multiple tests have come out to be normal.
There are symptoms of hypothyroidism but tests normal.
Well, I can understand your concerns.

The doctors havent been able to address your concerns.

In my opinion, there are few diagnostic possibilities like chronic fatigue syndrome, atypical depression or somatoform disorders.

But when a definitive diagnosis is not reached, it is wise to go for management of symptoms. The clinical medical practice goes this way.

If you could pleaseention what drugs have you taken in past, I would be able to suggest the drug treatment accordingly.
I feel the drug treatment is necessary for you.

However, I have some other suggestions for you:
1. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation. This will energize your brain and body.
2. Green vegetables and fruits are a natural source of serotonin. This will lift your mood.
3. Psychological treatments like behavioral activation can also help.
4. Drink lots of water. This is the best medicine.
5. Omega-3 fatty acid supplements can also prove beneficial in such cases.
6. Try to make a daily schedule and adhere to it strictly. Praise yourself even for little accomplishments.

I know this easier said then done. But try to follow even wgen you donot wish to.

Hope this helps.

Waiting for your reply.

Take care.
Thanks.
