Gastric acid reflux is treated using antacids but to maintain the effect, one has to follow few lifestyle measures.
take antacid like pantoprazole 40 mg regularly for at least 3 weeks.
All the medicines I prescribed are available only on prescription
Along with this follow the following measures
1. Avoid spicy foods and aerated drinks
2. Eat small but frequent diet
3. Go for a walk daily
4. Try to move around a little after you have your meal
5. Take a roughage rich diet like salads
6. Drink plenty of water
Wishing you a speedy recovery
