Well my main concern is the cadiovascular risks/ renal risks .I am not a renal or CV at risk patient, but would like to limit them if possible. I am using a single 400 mg of aleve a day 3/4 times per week.
Brief Answer:
All NSAIDs Have
Detailed Answer:
That's my point!!
Actually all the NSAID's have some degree of renal or cardiovascular risk. COX 2 inhibitors like Etoricoxib have them at lesser extent.
I would not at all recommend you to take any of the pain killers on daily basis.
I usually recommend my patients to take Etoricoxib 90 mg on SOS basis whenever they have severe stiffness or pain and advise then for physiotherapy and local diclofenac gel for application to avoid pain relief and stiffness.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
