Suggest Treatment For Chronic Migraine And Complex Partial Seizures
Upload reports of Mri and eeg
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Migraine attacks are more common in young and adulthood rather than in elderly age group.
Seizure is more likely as migraine is uncommonly associated with impairment of consciousness.
In these circumstances, other possibility - vascular atherosclerosis related hypoperfusion should also be considered.
If you are alone unless the event can be recorded by a camera it will be difficult to document or describe it to your doctor.
If you have MRI, EEG and prescriptions, please upload. It will help me guide you further.
Antiepileptics administered can be changed to Valproate as it helps in both seizure and migraine.
Other medications for complex partial seizures are carbamazepine, oxcarbamazepine lacosamide.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
