Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pancreatitis

Question: I have been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis, and am currently on vacation in Sydney from the UK. What pain relief is available without a prescription? I usually use Tramodol, but unfortunately my tablets have been lost in transit. Thank you for any assistance.
