Suggest Treatment For Chronic Sinus Allergy
Health history- generalized anxiety for 5 years now, was on plenty of antidepressants and a small dose of xanax and now im much better after i withdrew almost 70% of the medicine i used to take and CBT was the magic pill.
No disease, no viruses, not diebatic , im only a chronic sinus allergy sufferer
---------
Question is: whenever i start exercising for a week or 10 days in a row i feel like im sick with a cold or a flu for no reason.
Symptoms felt are: fatigue, exhaustion, internal fever like feeling with a temp of 37.5 degrees maximum when my normal is 36.5 degrees celcius
What is this? How can i help myself?
Thanks

It's related to chronic sinus allergy...
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
1. Exercise is a type of stress to our body. When it's done in moderation, more white blood cells will flow in the periphery, thus, it will be easier to fight any type of infection.
2. If you are a chronic sinus allergy sufferer, exercise would aggravate your allergy symptoms, thus, your breathing will become more difficult making your body more exhausted.
If you continue exercise for several consecutive days, you won't let time to your body to regain the strength. You are giving thus, signals of continuous stress that would make your body weaker with flu-like symptoms.
3. It is normal for the body temperature to get increased after exercising. During physical activity, there is a lot of energy released from the muscles. This energy is noted with increased body temperature.
4. My advice are:
- keep your nose open to help breathing while exercising
- avoid intense physical activity or run them at least twice a week with resting days in between
- you can have regular mild to moderate exercise on daily basis on short periods
Hope it helped!
