In my opinion, I am assuming this is not a sub-areolar abscess or a clogged XXXXXXX gland as you are not experiencing any pain, and sounds more like a bump ma'am (only assuming because I cannot visualise it). I would suspect breast fibrosis to be the more likely cause as it can be related to your age, because there are many hormonal changes that take place in a woman's body during that age. But of course, this will have to be confirmed.

I would like to know if you have any other symptoms like nipple discharge, swollen breasts, poor nipple health, condition of the skin around it, etc. Please write back to me with this information ma'am, it would greatly help me. If you are comfortable, you could also upload a picture of the affected region to our discussion, but if you are not, do not worry, just meet a doctor who you are comfortable with, so he/she can physically examine it.
